Independent game & software studio

Games worth remembering.

We build memorable games on our own engine. Our first, a realistic flight simulator for iOS and Android, is now in development.

What we do

Made to be played, and remembered.

We make games for mobile, console and PC, centred on simulation alongside other genres. Every game runs on our own engine, so we can shape exactly how it looks, feels and plays.

  • Games

Carefully crafted games with simulation at their core. Our first, a flight simulator for iOS and Android, is in development, with more to follow.

  • Technology

A real-time engine developed in-house in C++, covering rendering, physics and simulation, built to grow from mobile to console and PC.

  • Development updates

We publish regular devlogs, so players can follow each game from early builds through to release.

Now in development

Flight simulation, built for mobile.

Our first game brings a detailed flight model to phones and tablets. Every surface of the aircraft responds to the air around it, giving handling that feels true to life.

Coming to iOS and Android

For iPhone, iPad and Android devices. Release date to be announced.

Flight model

Simulation that behaves like the real thing.

Each aircraft is simulated component by component, in an atmosphere that moves the way real air does. Highlights of what the flight model supports today:

  • Component-level aerodynamics

Wings and control surfaces are divided into sections, each with its own airfoil data, solved 120 times per second.

  • Terrain-aware wind

Wind flows over hills and around ridges, so conditions near the ground differ from those at altitude.

  • Turbulence

Industry-standard Dryden and von Kármán models, scaled by altitude and weather conditions.

  • Gusts and thermals

Discrete gusts and thermal lift on warm days, felt as the aircraft passes through them.

  • Engine and propeller

A piston engine model driving a propeller whose blades are simulated section by section.

  • Landing gear

Compressing struts, tyre grip and surface-dependent friction for realistic take-offs and landings.

Further features will be announced closer to launch.

About us

Independent by design.

ugamesoft builds every layer of its games in-house. That gives us full control over quality, performance and, above all, how a game feels to play.

  • Built in-house

Rendering, physics, simulation and tooling are developed from scratch in C++ and tuned for mobile.

  • Simulation done right

Grounded in real-world physics, then tuned until it is genuinely enjoyable to play, not just accurate.

  • Performance first

Every build is measured on real devices. A smooth, steady frame rate takes priority over visual detail.

  • Developed in the open

We share progress as it happens. Everything shown is from development builds and will continue to improve before release.

What's next

Early access, when it's ready.

We'll open early access to our first game once it meets the standard we've set for it. Follow our channels for the announcement, or get in touch about partnerships and press enquiries.
